By using the Impula AI platform, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.
Impula AI is a SaaS platform offering AI-powered content creation and brand management. The platform includes social media image generation (Social Post), brand profile management (Brand DNA), a visual gallery, an AI chat assistant (Impula AI Chat) and subscription management. All services are provided by Impula Dijital.
To register you must provide a valid email address and create a password of at least 6 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
The platform operates on a credit-based model. Standard (High Quality 1080p) image generations consume 5 credits; Ultra 4K resolution generations consume 10 credits. Image edits follow the same credit costs. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (30 days) and do not roll over.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Completed payments are non-refundable.
The platform uses third-party AI engines including GPT-4o and DALL·E 3 to generate images and text. Output quality depends heavily on your inputs. Impula AI does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
Logos, colors, fonts and brand information uploaded in the Brand DNA module belong exclusively to you. This data is used solely for content generation purposes and is never shared with or sold to third parties.
The following uses of the platform are strictly prohibited: generating content that is defamatory, hateful or incites violence; copyright infringement; unauthorized processing of personal data; producing spam or unsolicited mass content; any attempt to circumvent platform security mechanisms.
The Impula AI brand, logos, platform interface and source code belong to Impula Dijital. Content generated by you through the platform (images, texts) belongs to you; however the platform may use it anonymously for service improvement purposes.
Impula AI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform outages, data loss, removal of generated content on third-party sites, or inaccurate AI outputs. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
