At Impula AI, we take the security of your personal data seriously. This policy explains the data we collect, how we use it and your rights.
When you register we collect your full name, email address and password (hashed). You may optionally add a location and avatar in profile settings. The Brand DNA module stores brand assets such as logos, colour palettes, fonts and brand voice. Billing details (excluding card numbers) are stored securely via Stripe.
We use the data we collect to: provide core platform functions (login, content generation, billing); personalise user experience; manage subscriptions and credits; detect security vulnerabilities; and comply with legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties.
OpenAI (GPT-4o, DALL·E 3) and Google AI services are used for image and text generation. Prompts and brand data you send during content creation are transmitted to these services, which are subject to their own privacy policies. Generated content is stored encrypted on our servers and is visible only to you.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Sensitive financial data such as card numbers and CVVs are never stored on Impula AI servers. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com.
The platform uses essential cookies for session management and remembering your language preference. Analytical cookies collect only anonymous visitor statistics and do not identify individuals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however some platform features may not function as a result.
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. All data transmissions are protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently erased within 30 days; certain records may be retained for up to 5 years to meet legal requirements.
Some of our service providers may be located outside Turkey (e.g. OpenAI — USA). These transfers are carried out within safeguards compliant with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant international regulations.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access — learn which data is processed; rectification — request correction of inaccurate data; erasure — request deletion of your data; objection — object to certain processing activities; portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format. Impula AI is designed for use by individuals aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 should not register on the platform. Should we become aware that personal data of a minor has entered our system, it will be deleted immediately.
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address and the update date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
